Mr. Hronek graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2000 after earning his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in 1997. Mr. Hronek began his career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted and tried hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases.  In 2005 Mr. Hronek changed paths and began working for a civil litigation firm concentrating in medical malpractice and premises liability defense. 

Mr. Hronek joined Anderson Rasor & Partners in 2016 and currently concentrates his practice in the areas of railroad litigation and medical malpractice defense. He has experience representing both commuter and freight railroads, hospitals, physicians, physical therapists, and other health care professionals. Mr. Hronek has participated in all aspects of the litigation process, and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Mr. Hronek is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and is also a member of the Federal Trial Bar.  He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.
